Mandrel Bending (pictures)

2.5" Mandrel Bending from cat-back all the way to the Brabus Muffler. The Brabus Resonator was removed (Up for sale). Enjoy the pictures.

When the w203 is due for an exhaust the same will happen...

Buying those tools (Not a full bender) was some of the best tools I bought! I love making exhausts for friends and family when I can...Bust out the chop saw and welder!

you should get some 3 hole flange and weld on some pipes and sell them, I'm sure lots of people would like to buy them from you.

how much is your service? I'm looking to clamp on a muffler of my choice to the pipe kit if you do make one !

Very much a noobie here but since you removed the resonator and from the pics looks like you only have one muffler after the cat i.e two 'boxes' in total and the car originally had and extra 'muffler' between the cat and the rear muffler...

Is the car not extremely loud now, sorry can't get to You Tube... blocked my side

They're not local. I called numerous shop for mandrel bending, only place that "actually" has the machines is in Bakersfield. Drove 5 hours but worth every mile.

I just noticed after watching your video that it takes about 12 seconds for your car to get to 60mph?
Stock 0-60 is much less.

Only floored it from 20 to 45 mph if you listen carefully to the video. Other than that, car is still slow.

It should clear when changing the pads. Did you re-installed the sensors???
