nice pic! i had one on my coupe for a while, but the four clamps that hold the roof rack down scratched up the clear coat and looked pretty bad. showed up worse since i have a dark colored car. hopefully you wont have the same problem.

Hahaha the pic with the bike rack looks like the bike is made of gold and your car is sinking through the ground

I hope that doesn't happen. The only thing that touches the paint on the roof is the rubber part. Metal only hits metal inside the door frame.

I needed to get my A Service done, so i took the car over to Serge at Hyevon Motors. I won a certificate at the Los Alamitos car meet for a free service and used it today.. Thanks Serge!

Also had the renntech pulley installed. I was gonna get the powerchip tune done also, but they couldnt make it out today, looks like that will have to wait til next week.

Is Serge Armenian? Where is his shop located?

I'm pretty sure he is. Hyevon is located in westminster at HMS. Here's the site

Its been a little over 2 weeks since i had the Renntech pulley kit installed, and man am i loving this thing. Starting at 2k rpm you can really feel it pull like crazy.. well you know what i mean. I really didn't expect anything too noticeable. I can definitely feel a difference, more than i could with the Kleeman header. Seriously glad i got it, if you have the opportunity to purchase this, i highly recommend getting it!!

I have an appt. for the powerchip tune this Thursday 6/25... cant wait!

Will it be Dynoed? I am really interested to see what numbers your car puts out.

Pully, Headers and a Tune. Sounds good, keep us posted on the numbers.

seriously i have no idea. Try talking to Serge(Hyevon Motors) this Saturday about it. When i had it installed he took measurements and was talking of maybe producing them if there was a market for it. It was mainly just shop talk, but ya never know...

Serge is a cool guy, he started doing my services too. I do think there is a market for the pulley.

6/25/09 RIP MJ - you will live on through your music.

Took a day off of work and decided to get some work done. My passenger rear wheel was rubbing on dips when i had a passenger in it, so i took my car down to VIP Status to have Gilbert do some shaving. It was rubbing towards the front of the fender. He shaved a piece of it off and now its cool. I wish i took pics, but didn't. My front driver side fog light came loose too, had him tighten that back down...

I grabbed some lunch and when i came out, i was surrounded!!

luckily no tickets...

cruised down pch to Huntington Beach and off to Hyevon Motors/HMS for my 5:30appt with powerchip

ECU was taken out for programming. I didnt want to take pics of it while they were working on it...

Took the car out and it feels great, One big thing is NO MORE THROTTLE LAG!!! Reviews to come...

Throttle lag sucks glad you feel a difference. Do you think you will get throttle lag in the future? I heard members didn't feel a throttle lag when they reset their ECU but after it comes back.

Hope you dont get that lag back.

damn, that sucks.. Im starting to wonder if Hawk even makes the pads for our cars. These companies need to start getting their **** right! who did you order from??

I still have the semi metallic on, and its been surprisingly good. stopping is good and no brake dust. Ill probably leave these on til i need new ones...
