It is interesting what your qoute says, something about how you use it? Geez, point the finger back at yourself. Someone does something with the engine and you make yourself into an A#*H*le. Go fix your qoute.

Russell, looking forward to seeing the dyno. If you have the time, see about doing the CRC spray clean to your MAF to get the best results.

Let us know

haha well said my Kleemann brother!! That header is damn nice. The cat replacement looks really good. Too bad they dont make one for my M111K or I would have order one from Denmark myself.

No ballin on a budget ey? I didn't have to budget myself untill I went into the dealership and paid $400 for oil change, wipers, and a kick to the groin. After that I was on a budget, but now i've ordered the stardiag for myself, there is no more half ballin john kruk style...

If you fly planes, ever been to brooksville, FL? I live just outside of it, if you fly in, you can borrow my mercedes for the day, so you dont feel neglected... But you gotta fly me and my family somewhere lol my daughter loves planes! I love the kit myself.

Its hard to compare now, but it wakes the engine up. Its like going to a six cyclinder. The power comes on strong, and with the Sprint Booster (I know how you feel about those) The power off the line is pretty extreme. As my son puts it, "It makes his stomach tingle, do it again" LOL I am going in next week for dyno results. I'm thinking about larger throttle body now. And custom intake plumbing.

So I had the dyno done on Tuesday and totally forgot about DYNOMODE. Kids this is very importain, don't try this without DYNOMODE. The car will hate you. Even when you turn off ESP the car fights for traction. Even with this little set back I was able to get 171.5 at the rear wheels. LOL I knew something was wrong when the car was shuttering as I hit the gas, I was told this was the ESP trying to get traction because the front wheel where not moving. So now that the guys at Kleeman set me straight I will try this again for better results.

Yup. We found that out the hard way when I had my stock dyno done. I'm anticipating you get much more than that because my dyno w/ the bored throttle body came out at 176hp.

I think I will get with you soon on that mode next. I talked with Brandon at Kleeman and he told me there isn't a lot of gains after what i have done. Nothing big atleast.

171.5 so it should be about 205 to the crank. thats about 20% drivetrain loss with auto. i expect that increase only with the pulley kit and expected higher considering u also have the headers. hopefully it will be higher with dyno mode on too.

i still have to set a date for my dyno.

Kleemann performance kit.(Kbox,KN filter).what does it sound like

For those who have fitted the Kleemann Performance kit..what difference has the kit done to the sound..ie. when engine starts and when driving..does it have a deep hum or anything different..

The Kbox increases the Hp and Nm up while KN filter gives it a cleaner air flow..so what does it do in terms of sound..I am not refering to any header or exhaust change..trying to understand what each part does to the sound..

I am quite lucky as the UK agent is about 15 miles from my residence..so before i embarrass myself going there with a blonde blank look on my face, thought you guys give me feedback..info is the key to a good mod..

Like white w203 said it makes more whine from the super charger but I don't think there is anymore intake noise because of the filter. I had a MG with dual side draft Webers and open stacks, now that made intake noise. I got pulled over because he thought it had to much exhaust noise.

Is there any updates on dyno #'s with DYNOMODE enabled? I'm looking to get this kit myself and just curious on the gains.

The only way to dyno this car is to put it in Dyno mode!

Lots of stock dynos to compare off of. My car's stock dyno (w/ K&N filter only) was 172 (I think). After bored throttle body, it was 175 (at the wheels). Now, I'm not even sure what the numbers would be, but it's also not completely finished.

No I'm not say'n that's the only way, I was just curious at what R. Stevens final #'s were with Dynomode on. Since this is the kit I'm interested in, I want to see the #'s for that kit. It's hard to compare it w/ your dyno #'s because from what you're saying, you got more than R. Stevens and .5 less than mig888 w/ just the K&N filter and the Kleemann's boost kit also has a K&N filter along w/ other things and to add the headers........... it doesn't add up. Tifosiv did the dyno with that same set up, but had it done on a Mustang dyno which he mentioned shows lower #'s than DynoJet so it's hard to gauge that one too.

Hey you forgot about me. I was #6 to buy the Kleemann kit, then I purchased there header when it was released. I think there was a total of 7 kits made and sold, which I think made R Stevens #7. The only other mod I added was the Sprint Booster.
I had my car dynoed in dyno mode . The dyno was done before the Sprint Booster was added. The dyno was a mustang dyno also. I was just at 205 for hp and 205 torque at the wheels. Add 20% for drive train loss and its about 246 at the crank. Let me tell you the car flys now. The one thing you must get after you install the Klemann kit is the Sprint Booster. This just completed the car. You lose some bottom end with there headers but gain it from mid to high, With the sprint booster your super charger kicks in sooner and makes up for the lose off back pressure, which is caused y the free flowing header and high flow cat.
Like everyone else said these kits are not available any more. I guess when one off us sells our cars we might part out the mods, until then contact Flip or talk to Drex. They have some great mods now and still more to come.
Good Luck

I AM saying that is the ONLY way. I'm telling you that you HAVE to put the car in DYNO-MODE in order to DYNO the car!

Yes. My car was very strong from factory, but I do have and did show the charts to prove it.

Sorry Pugguy, didn't mean to leave you out. Actually I didn't know you had the kit too. Thanks though for sharing your results w/ dyno mode engaged. Finally some #'s I can work with,........ now on to looking and hopefully finding that kit.
