Passenger Side Seat Adjustment FUSE keeps blowing out.
C220 CDI year: 2001
Out of the blue, for some reason the passenger side seat adjustment fuse keeps blowing out, I replace it, it will be ok for a few days and then boom it's burnt.
Have no idea why, any run into this??

Is the fuse blowing only when the power adjustments are activated?
If so, visually inspect the wiring at the control module (under the seat) (front and back wiring) for binding in the fore/aft seat rail.
A short to ground there will cause enough current to flow through that ckt to pop a fuse.

So i remember back when i wrote this post, I had checked the wires and they didn't seem to be caught anywhere or shorting anywhere.
The fuse would only blow as soon as I activated one of the seat controls.. I am off to Europe again this summer and would like to possibly get this fixed so the wife doesn't complain.
I am wondering if replacing the whole Seat Control Module is a good idea? Without my being there how do I go abouts of knowing which part number it is ?
It is W203 C class September 2001 C220

In my 2004 W203 I found that the blowing fuse issue was that if you remove the 30A fuses (the one for the seat motors with memory which my car does not have) in the instrument fuse box, the 30A fuses in the trunk will power the seats without blowing.
