Speedybenz Camber Kits
Has anyone ordered a camber kit through speedybenz? I placed my order a month ago and he hasn't responded any of my emails. Is he a fake?

he's legit as is lensolo and his version of the camber arms. neither are too quick about things though. mainly because it's a side job/hobby for them. so, they still have to deal with their full time job and other day to day issues.

i went with lensolo's- mainly because they looked to be better quality than speedybenz. then again- the arms don't hold all that much, so a beefy set isn't something that's really needed.

islander74 & rsdntevl - both of you have been members on this board for 13 months and have like 35 posts between the both of you. Before you go questioning the integrity of a member that has - #1) been here far longer than both of you #2) have done numerous business transactions with satisfied customers on this board. #3) will be here long after both of you have gone.
STFF and see the responses from people that have purchased his product and the delivery times!

It doesn't matter how good this guy is or how much more knowledgeable he is on cars. He is horrible as a seller. As consumers, Islander74 and I have done our parts (paid promptly), and we expect to receive our products within the time he specified, which was 2-3 weeks.
4-6 months is way too long to wait for, and for that reason alone I wouldn't buy his products even if his camber kits are the best on the market. I'm sure he's busy and has things to do, but it is no excuse for him to disregard the buyers' needs. It is simply NOT the way to do business. If you are considering to buy from him, DONT. Unless you want to wait HALF a year.
P.S. Most people say 4-6 months within delivery

If the standard wait time was not disclosed, I would be pissed.
You can put up silly emoticons, get the last word...
As a business owner with close to 10 years in business, I would never expect customers to wait 6 weeks much less 6 months.
Indicating that post count and time on the board has anything to do with shipping practices and customer service is silly.

If the buyer did his research first instead of starting a thread asking if he was a "fake" he might understand that Speedybenz does this on the side-not his 9-5 job. Enough on that, the guy got his parts in 6 weeks anyway.Did he apologize for starting a thread that asked if he was a "fake"...no.His post count and his time here is the basis for everything I wrote.I am sure at one time or another when a newbie posted and question or statement it was followed with-STF.The same applies here also.As far as the conversations between the 2 customers and Speedybenz, thats between them.
if NOT or if there is a delay... then there should be communication from the seller since the buyer (rsdntevl) has already sent the $$.
a buyer shouldn't have to do through research to see if a seller has the potential of not responding promptly by history. that shouldn't be an excuse for bad customer service. at least send a freaking email that things will be delayed. thats unacceptable by basic selling standards in my opinion.
