What year/model is your car? I got a '03 C230 Komp. and every store was telling me no ICON's would fit. But this one nice guy at a local auto store let me basically run through a bunch of ICON's to see which set would cover the windshield and clear the water gutter thing. They fit, just that you need to get the right size. Sorry, I forget what size mine were.

My review on ICON's:
I have had the same set of ICON's on my outdoor-kept SUV for 2 years now and it still wipes clean.
I've had the same set of ICON's on my garaged C230 for 1.5 years and it wipes even cleaner.

the bosch icons fit. 24 for the driver side and 22 for the passenger. you do need to adjust the default spot for the passenger wiper if you get the 22. you can get 22 and 20. doesn't matter much.

I've never been so impressed with windshield wipers as I have been with the stockers, and my dad has the Rain-X latitudes.

I have ordered some from autohausaz - I thought since the factory ones I have are SWF that the $5.23/side refills would work fine. I've been searching the forum and can't find out if they actually will, though. Does anyone know?

The refills on autohausaz did not work. I threw them out. I bought the entire blade assemblies from rmeuropean.com and one was defective, but they did fit.

I ordered some stock swf refill wiper inserts from autohaus az last week. Yes they do fit and work. It took me a bit of time to figure them out since I did not know that our wipers had this metal clip @ the end of the blade, along with 2 long metal pieces to keep the blade steady and secure. I ended up needing a needle nose pliers and a tiny flat head screwdriver to complete the job. works like new again!

I attached a link below if you need it.

I don't know how the OE Wiper Blades are on the 01s but on mine I love them. I would stick to OE.

There are different size wipers on different W203 model year cars. My car uses three different blades. (third size goes on the rear. ) There was so much confusion with the "Parts Bobs" getting the wrong size blades, they changed the part number to sell the front blades as a set. It does not help that the EPC lists them as "Driver" and "Co-Driver." Anyone have dual controls in their C class?

There is no more SWF. Pity. They have been sold to Valeo. I found that just changing the insert is not satisfactory. The arms loose their spring force to hold the blade on the window. The last time I changed the rear, just for giggles, I took the old insert and put it in the new frame, and it worked fine.

The OEM's are stupid expensive, but for two years I don't have to deal with less than perfect wiping.

Actually I bought a set on parts.com for 25 bucks.
Too bad they won't sell them seperately I'm stuck with a spare for one side and not the other.

I just got the oem blades from the dealer. No problems. As for the icons-I have been through 2 sets on my truck and they work better than anything else I have used. One word of advice - get the small bottle of fluid additive from the dealer. My dealer will usually give me a couple and I use it in all of my cars. The stuff is the best, The next best is the P21s fluid additive available at various boutiqe parts suppliers(Griot's etc.) I think this stuuf is easy on the rubber in the blades and prolongs their life - it also smells good when you squirt it.
best of luck

Online is $17.63 each.

35.26 + Tax and Shipping. You might save max 10 bucks if you order it and install it yourself.

If the dealer is going to install it for 53 bucks then do it. If not then just order (OE) it online.
