You need to keep the nose down attitude to maintain the CD of .27 & stop too much air getting under the car & a pressure wedge from forming & screwing up high speed stability. FrankW & splinter's cars are perfect. Many cars on the forum are set up for cosmetic looks rather than decent handling & have the rear too low.
It might surprise you but wide front tyres also mess up the CD, but keeping the front low lessens this effect.

Even Tru has raised the rear of his car since his sig pic. He knows what I mean. FrankW & splinter's cars are perfect - splinter a little more track. You can't have the floor pan horizontal to the ground. It must be nose down, tail up. I've done plenty of wind tunnel work - I know what I'm talking about.

It "looks" lower in the rear now because of the fender gap difference between front and rear. It looks more pronounced because the tire is closer to the fender well in the rear than in the front. Same as it did at the stock height.

My car actually sits at the same angle ratio (front to back) that it did when it was stock.

So, technically, your nose is down? meaning the springs aren't messing with the stability and handling of the car? now im confused

See Franks car - That is correct for high speed stability. splinter has his even more nose down but he is more set up for track.
You could improve handling by putting a larger spring shim (perch shim) in the back - If you don't care about handling then just enjoy as it is.

Maybe this picture will help a little more?
All I can tell you is that I measured the car before it was lowered and after, and the front is actually the same distance to the ground in ratio to the back before and after.
The car drives perfectly fine for me.

I understand that some people are really interested in cosmetics & that's fine. If you did the kind of open road cruising at +220Km/h all day like we do in SA you would soon drop the nose or the car would be all over the place in the slightest cross wind. - enjoy

My car rarely sees 80mph. I hear where you're coming from, however.
