Actually I remember the website even said these were for my model year C230 so I don't know what's going on with them but I know they don't have the same thread length as the Bosch. I just ordered some Bosch and in a few days I'll take pics of the two side by side.

rules of thumb: always check multiple years of part number before purchasing.
i.e. 2005 C230k has the same engine. check if that part # is the same before ordering. from denso's site only the 05 is listed as "kompressor" I would've order that part instead of ordering for 2004.

2006 C280
I just purchased Denso Plugs for my 06 Eclipse GT and there was a nice little improvement in the cars performance, nothing to go crazy over, but the pickup seemed better and the gas mileage was about the same.
I planned on getting plug from my 06 C280 but I just purchased the car and it only has 17K on it so they are not needed so I will wait to see how they perform on other members cars prior to purchasing.
