isnt there a flange right after the catalytic? why cant we just get a completely-bolt-on system, without having to cut the oe pipe? So when we have to smog our car, we can just swap the headers. I'm very interested with the headers, I just wished it's a staright bolt-on that doesn;t require any cutiing.
I know, for that price, it's very tempting, i may just find a flange and weld it to the klemman downpipe so its a real bolt-on system.

Save whatever you cut off, so you can flange it.

No welding required. Cut the OE down pipe, and the KLEEMANN down pipe clamps into place
do people have problems with exhaust leaks?.....since it isn't attached with bolts or a weld

no i didnt mean for just the installation itself i know you dont need to weld i meant for flanging it so it could be easily replaced...
