Unhappy need help

hello everyone, i have a c230 2005 ss with command and HK sound system
i putted a subwoofer and an amplifier to it, i wired the negative of the amplifier with the negative of the sound system's amplifier instead of taking it directly from the battery cause i didn't know how to pass the wire to the battery , and the positive from the chassis, when i turned on the command everything was perfect, the sound was great, but each time i tried to increase the volume the sound goes mute (like if the protection of the amp was on) i checked my amp and the protection was never on , i thought that the car's amp was going to protection mode each time i rase the volume, but the last time the power shut down( like if no electricity was arriving to it) and there was no sound even though i removed my amp's wires and the command was working normally with the cd , cd box , radio but THERE WAS NO SOUND. i don't know, i guess it's either a certain fuse for the car's amp or it's the car's amp itself , i don't know what to , ca anyone one help me with this, and can help with pics to know how to pass the wire from my amplifier to the battery so am not in trouble anymore

and as i said, each time i increased the volume till a certain level the sound muted but my amp wasn't turning to protection mode, as i guessed it was the car's amp because i was loading it a lot of electricity ( the electricity of my amp ) but the last time it went mute the sound didn't came back , i tried to turn off the car and return it on, even in the next day , nothing , the sound was still mute but the command was working normally , and my amp wasn't turning on ( meaning that the car's amp wasen't turning on )
so what's the solution for it?

Well, assuming that you have good condition grounds between the battery and the chassis, then that shouldn't be a problem. If you are pulling power directly from your stock amp, then you are running those two devices in parallel, which may be overloading that circuit and kicking a circuit breaker or blowing a fuse. I dont know much about car audio, but that's my best guess with my limited electrical background.

Traditionally, people run their aftermarket amps power input directly to the battery, with an inline fuse. I'd imagine your problem has to do with your power source.
