An old lady backed into my car and the damage was in the side marker area so the body shop guy told me I cant salvage the bumper anymore. Thank god for old people exhibiting a lack of attention on where their gear is at before punching in the gas pedal.

Car looks great! That pewter color is my favorite color on these cars, probably since that's what mine is 
I dont mean to be rude, but how much did you buy the bumper for? I need a new one since mine is screwed from all the of the curbs and salt this winter but I'd rather get a reiger one than another amg if I could.

Rieger cost me $1100 including the hella fogs. Install depends on the body shop you're gonna go to. They'll probably charge around 900-1200 coz they have to prime and paint the bumper, re-wire sidemarkers so you wont have any errors, install fogs and mesh and the most time consuming is re-aligning the bumper to fix the gaps.

Quick question! Can you explain what your going to do with this moleskin thing?? From what I have been reading. It seems like moleskin relates to tinting. I got mine tinted the past weekend and all I can think of is Freak'N MOLESKIN.. What the heck is it? Where is it? I know it's that felt type of stuff but where on the car is it? AND what do you ALL do with it??

Moleskin is like a felt/suede material that will protect your tints when you roll down your windows. You have to apply it prior to tinting (will save you some moolah) or have the tint shop guy put it. You have to take the door panels off to install it using adhesive backing and you will cover the rubber seal that makes contact with the windows.

Here's the DIY for the moleskin and I think there's a link there for the actual pictures of the moleskin. 30 bucks for the kit. If your tint guy gave you a lifetime warranty then I dont think you will have any problems even if he didnt bother installing the moleskin..you can just go there again and have the tint re-done (you shouldnt even be having your tint done in a place that doesnt recommend tint protectors anyway).

*what i did is still pretty nice though, it made the new grille I purchased more subtle
- yeah, I played around the idea of trading my w203 in for an 06 E350 but after reading reviews and discussions here, I got turned off by the brake system problems. I'll wait a few more months when the 07 e350's prices drop.

I got a few new mods done to my car and decided to have a photoshoot (be gentle, im a newbie).
- painted the lower part of the bumper black
- blacked out 3 fin cl grille with cf vinyl wrapping on the chrome slats
- S style tails
