kleemann does not come with tune.... so you offer more, but i guess what would be nice to see is a side by side comparison of gains over stock... there is a dyno posted in the m271 kleemann headers thread of before and after. you should post one too to show others how your output compares. goodluck!

Not much, since even with a tune the gains weren't much more than Kleemann, and for those of us with annual smog/emissions testing would have to swap the header out while the Kleemann one is "legal".

Kleemann or LET?
I am wondering to get this LET package mentioned above here. ($800)
or to get a
header, downpipe with integrated high-flow catalyst, new factory exhaust manifold gasket, and all necessary fasteners/hardware. ($650) Followed up the kit includes a larger crank pulley, smaller water pump pulley, K&N air filter, and ECU programming. ($1300)
What is ya'll input on which one to get?

^ So $1300 total?......ur gonna pay $500 more for pulleys and stuff........the Pulley kit that they make for the M271 costs like $600 if you can find one.......so sounds good

actually it is 650 and then another 1300 for them LOL.
and i was speaking to Corey from Kleemann about it.
i sorta understand this LET thing, but I am thinking to get the Kleeman headers. then to get LET crank pulley & ECU flash from them

i was talking to Corey from Kleemann, and he told me if there are any problems I can get credit back for them. He told me that there were a lot of problems with the M111 engine, but he rarely had an issue with the m271. whoever wants me too, i can forward you my e-mails to you about what we have talked about.

Headers
I am new to this blog but I am interested in getting a header for my C230, I have done the following upgrades and they are creating to much pressure at the exhaust manifold, it wont empty out quick enough (to much back pressure). i will also like to find out a way to control the supercharge integrated boost pressure releif valve.
K&N air filter
Custom made oversize crank pulley
Custom made undersize supercharge pulley
ECU performane programming - not to happy with it.
Replace both air intakes with custom made 3" aluminum pipes
gain 58 HP per the dyno test
