second.. i think my car got even a lot dirtier than this, until I couldnt stand it anymore and decided to get a softcloth carwash.

No, I think the silver paint hides dirt better. It looked worse in person I think.
Anywayz, at least I know I won that contest among MBs in my school. They have this uncanny ability to stay shiny even in winter

After the last storm here, the vertical panels on my car were white. The hood was a sort of gray-blue. It was warm enogh to wash the car last Sunday. Monday we had high winds blowing dirt, followed by a brief rain shower. The upper surfaces are now brown. Today it snowed, so the sides are turning white again from the salt. It will just get worse over the next few days. The bad part is, it won't be warm enough to wash the car before I go out of town on business for three weeks.

I saw THE dirtiest cars ever on I5.
I mean late model, 1 year old cars, who's color could not be determined, with a layer of black soot on top of the dirt near the exhaust pipe. Several of them. They seemed to be in a contest.
Absolutely the dirtiest cars I'd ever seen. Too bad I didn't have a camera handy.
They reminded me of that skit on SNL about the car made of Adobe clay.
Anyone remember that?
Was it called the "Adobe"?

dangit, i've been washing my car every saturday since i got it. if i hadn't done that, i could have probably won this with the country roads i drive on. how many people here have taken their babies down gravel roads?

I know it is not a W203, but I have been pulled over 5 or 6 times in past winters for a non readeable license plate by the dutch cops...
my C250D in wintertrim:

what's with that grille?
pokerFACE, is that a custom grille, or is that how they come in Canada? Looks different from mine -- widely spaced chrome slats with several "intermediate" black slats??

hehe... this is one contest that just fits the nasty weathered season .. My car is white.. and when I drove it out in the aftermath of a snowstorm a few days afterwards.. I was driving a dark gray car.. haha
