Any good wheel shop - Minimum 6 thread bite - Must be ball head bolts - not too long or will foul on rear.

Do 2007 wheels fit on 2002?

I have wheels that fit perfect on 2007 c230. I have a friend that wants to buy my wheels for his 2002 c320.

I heard this would not be a problem as long as they were fine on my 07

Thanks

Cappa,

What kind of bolts do you have for those CLS wheels?

If you have some time, please visit the website below and let me know the correct bolts needed. Thanks!

Tru Taing runs them on his C320. One of the first on the forum. ET28 is a very aggressive offset but they work & look great.

225/40/18 245/35/18
or
225/40/18 255/35/18

or the extreme, but you need to prepare to roll the rear fender.
235/40/18 265/35/18 is what I run.

Cant be done! jk

Check out my album detail - there is info there about the proper lugs you need to make this happen.

Im running 255 in the rear and I have no rubbing issues what so ever and ive got fat (not round) tire walls - Running 265 in the rear would probably scrape some though. 235 in the front just isnt going to happen, because I already rub the front fender linings when I turn....

Read my thread about my Tein Basics and then consider the type of drop you want.

I might go back to 225 and 255 sooner than later. Hankook S1 EVO on tirerack is extremely cheap right now. $420 ish for a set of max performance tires. can't beat that. might buy and stock'em till need to change out the tires.

or i might go Sumitomo HTR Z III with 235 and 255.

I'm still running 225/50/16 on stock suspension & I notice that I touch the fender liners now & again - both have a small shiney spot on them. SA built cars seem a little lower standard than I see in pics on the forum - they never have that nose in the air look - but still - lowering the nose must cause some severe rubbing at times.

changing it back not because of rubbing. because they're cheap as hell. gonna find out how much is the 235 from local shop. if the price difference is not a whole lot versus $89 for the 225 then i'll get the 235 with the 255 from tirerack.

been pretty aggressive with the PS2 and they're not too kind on tread wear...
