If you plan on doing any maintenance on your car, I highly suggest MB maintenance CD. You can just about take the whole car apart and put it back together.

Saprissa covered part of this when he changed to the Euro- type hatch. Unfortunatley the SAPRISSA's 2003 Euro-Coupe (CL203) a la Mode Thread has been lost. ( https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...pe-thread.html )
However you might drop him a PM. I believe the window pretty much cannot be removed without destroying it. And the new one is installed with a two part epoxy, the same as it the rear plate around the tag. But I am not sure my memory is correct. He may still have pictures of the process from when they did his. I know it appeared to be alot of work.

My main reason for asking is because I just tinted my windows and all were tinted except the dumb small window on the hatch. I would really like to take it off and either spray it with some VHT Nite Shade or somehow tint it. I asked in the tint thread about how ppl tinted there's and if it was possible to do so.
Also the black finish on the top outside of this window is slightly flaking off, and I don't really like how it looks.
