FS: 07 c230 17" sport wheels + tires in Irvine, CA
hi guys,
this is for local pick up in irvine, ca only. sorry.
so i decided that there is no point in having this set just sitting around taking up space in my apartment. so it's time for them to go! anyway, rims are in good condition with 2 noticeable curb rash wounds. one on the front left wheel, and one on the rear right side wheel. tires have been through 30K mikes, but haven't been through any harsh conditions, i'd say the front tires are good for another 20k miles, and the rears a good 10K or so. tires are general brand, normal road tires. tire sizes are 225/45 and 245/40.
hardware is included.
so i looked around and have figured out that the rims alone and new are only worth like 600 or so. i'm asking 500 with tires, but best offer takes it.
questions are totally worth my time, lol so if you have any, just ask in the thread or pm me.
rear left and right
rear tires
rear right curb rash
scratches...
front left and right
front tires
front left curb rash
thanks for looking guys.

DEALER they are probably 500+ more each for the fronts and more for the rears. But if you sell them for 500 there are services out there that chrome them for about 500-700 dollars +deposit(1200). But the wheels alone from a third party are about 250 each. I shopped around and was considering buying a 2006 and just puttin on the 2007 wheels

Hey buddy. I'm next door here in Orange and I sold my 06 stock wheels and tires for $300. They were in pretty bad shape though. One of the tires even had a nail in it haha. http://s31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...dspace/wheels/ thats what mine looked like so yeah... oh and it was 3 different brands of tires. All the damage and the multi brand tires came when I bought the car.
Why are your tires sitting on nice clean carpet?

The rims are NOT $500/each from the dealer. That's absurd.
Seems like a fair price. I could never justify buying the 2007 rims (from anyone, anywhere) but I do like them better than the ones my car has.

cause i cleaned them and i'm using them as decorations in my living room and bed room. lol really there's no where else to put them.
yeah exactly why it kinda blows to have a set of these rims. lol i would totally keep them. but i could totally get another mod with the $$. which i guess is my plan.

i paid 1200 shipped rims didnt have a scratch, and, the tires were 95%. that was 3 months ago. so, in my opinion 600 is pretty good. good luck with the sale.

lol. shipping costs would be way too much... each box would be like $20 and shipping weight would be a ton. if you wanted to pay all that extra money, i could do it. but i'm just looking out for your best interest.

Howard,
Finally got those rims mounted with some Blizaaks. They are awesome! Thanks for the rims. I'll post a photo - later. It should snow this Friday - can't wait to see how the C230 handles in the snow.
Thanks,
Jim
