Are you telling me that a C230 has thicker and stronger rear sway bars than a C55 AMG?

I'll ask my shop to measure again. He may have messed up the measurements. They should be 26mm front and 19mm rears.

They’re ~$200 with new bushings directly from MB.
Good luck with the sale though.

as I already pointed out in your C32/55 forum post

few facts

1. C55 actually has the same sway bar as the C32. 22mm front and 16mm rear.

2. if you have the 26mm and 19mm you have the H&R sway bar.

3. both C32 and C55 have 12mm endlink. don't know how did you get them in 10mm endlink.

2004.5-2007 W203 sport should have the same sway bar as well.

W203 available sway bar specs as following

Stock: 20 mm front and 13 mm rear
C32: 22 mm front and 16 mm rear
Evosport: 24 mm front and 19 mm rear
Eibach: 24 mm front and 22 mm rear
H&R: 26 mm front and 19 mm rear
Brabus:27 mm front and 23 mm rear

Brabus:27 mm front and 23 mm rear
Oops!!! I guess I'll try selling them for $100 to stock W203 owners then. Excellent information for eveybody interested in sway bars though.

Can you give me a link to the Brabus sway bars that offers the lowest price? I think I'm going to cancel my H&Rs. Does Kleemann, Renntech, Eibach or anybody else make a set thats even bigger than Brabus?

In 2005 part of the update, was using the thicker bars according to a rather large pdf file have. Too big to post.

I've installed the rear C32 bar on my C230, and the car is definitely more neutral through long sweepers. Adding the front bar would make it more responsive in transitions (slalom), but would probably cause it to push more on 270-degree off-ramps. As it is, it's much nicer than even the stock 230 bar, and a cheap/easy mod.

Good luck with your sale.

Actually there are three part numbers for the C32 front bars, which bounce between 22 and 23mm for the diameter. I can find the part numbers once I get to work, if anyone cares, it seems MB/AMG tweaked a few things over the years and kept coming back to the 22. At least according to the dia. that they publish in the EPC. If memory serves me right, the 2004.5 + bars were listed as 21mm. I thought it was a bit weird how they kept changing. Rears were pretty stable, and the part numbers all sub for each other.
