There are actually 2 versions of this projector foglight. That particular Ebay seller you are talking about is the one who sold me the foglights that did not fit my non-AMG bumper. Here are links to show the difference.

Wow I got ripped off! LOL I paid $210 w/shipping for my projector fogs off eBay! Same ones too... They are good quality, and I was surprised that they are glass. The only complaint I have is the aiming bolt is made of soft plastic and strips REALLY easily. So now both my fogs point upward and aren't even ;-(

I would recommend going to the projector fogs if you either:
1. Want the projector look
2. Plan on installing aftermarket HID's in the foglights. The projector beam with HID will give you a much better light pattern compared to a halogen housing.

Yes it uses OEM bulbs. Projector beams work much differently than regular halogen housings.

Haven't done much cosmetically for the car, but have always wanted to update the headlights and fogs.
