all my stock shocks are now busted, was wondering what you guys recommend to replace it, like what brands are good and model #'s for the brand recommended...

 

KONI IS THE WAY TO GO!.

 

the koni yellows are a popular choice good luck.

 

Koni yellows are great, but you can also get the shocks from a C32/C55 from the Benz dealer, and prices aren't bad. They'll be a little less harsh than the Konis, but won't have the ultimate control (if you're canyon carving).

 

I have the Bilstein sports and can recommend them if you want a stiffer ride. The Bilstein HD's will be closer to a stock ride. I've had both Koni's and Bilstein's on quite a few cars over the years and prefer the ride/control of the Bilstein's, but it's kind of a matter of personal choice. Either Bilstein or Koni would be a good choice.

 

Too bad you have a W203 and not a W211. I have stock shocks and springs that I would sell for cheap. Good luck with your search, Bilstein and Koni's are your best bet as far as aftermarket goes.

always had good exp with Koni, plus the adjustably is awesome, perfect for if you dont want the stiff ride of coils, but still want to carve corners.
