03 g35 coupe...........02 c32 Sold
My friend beat the crap out of his 07 Sti and he didn't have any problems. The only problem he had was user error.
The only thing i didn't really like about his car is the styling and the doors seem too light. I know the doors are steel but they don't feel solid like the MB does.
But that car from a dig down low is crazy.

I don't know. I have went up against cars that on paper are faster than the c350 but I have been able to keep up with them or take them. I have taken a G35 coupe and even the new G35 sedan which has more HP than the coupe. Again I know people will think this is a BS but that one day when I went up against the G37 and hanged with it I have a feeling the c350 is underestimated. I don't know about the w204 but when I drove mine and the rental I have a feeling the w203 is quicker.
If you guys know anyone in LA with a 35 or 37 I am willing to run it just to show the difference. None of my friends have a 37. A friend has the 35 sedan which on paper has (309 hp).

Remember you can have 1000HP if you weigh 75 tons you arent going to out run a turtle.

2003 G35 Sedan - 3336 lbs - 260 hp - 260 ft-lbs.
2008 G35 Sedan - 3497 lbs - 306 hp - 268 ft-lbs.
2009 G37 Sedan - 3581 lbs - 328 hp - 269 ft-lbs.
2009 G37 Coupe - 3633 lbs - 330 hp - 270 ft-lbs.

All I want is to find someone to have a run. A G37 coupe or sedan. Prefer coupe because that's what I ran last time. This time I wan't to record it so there are no doubts

Owned two Subarus--Forester and Legacy Wagon. Had to have each towed to the shop once, so reliability is questionable from my experience.
On top of that, they are noisy, seats are less than comfortable, AC is crap, stereo is crap, trim was falling off after 75K miles, lots of unexpected repairs long before 100K (stereo, alternator, CV boots, exhaust). Interior is junk, or will be within a few years.
Very expensive parts for this level of car.
I drove a friend's WRX a few times. Yea, it's fast, but I didn't find it to be fun. It's so unrefined compared to MB that the fun was only in the acceleration. I can't imagine driving a WRX for 4 hours on a medium trip. I'd need motion sickness pills.

I've test driven the Sti and got the same impression as your describing. it was fun, but unrefined and i think i would get sick of how it is unrefined especially for longer trips. I was hoping the legacy would be better in that regard. I still need to get behind the wheel of one. Reliability of a turbo scares me because my supercharger had to be replaced (under warranty). Unfortunately, not many naturally aspirated engines in this price range aren't as fun to drive.
