Error message on the dashboard
How to get rid of the “Tele Aid Visit Workshop” message?
There is nothing wrong w/ the car and there are no other messages or malfunctions.
Any help will be appreciated. Andrew

I don't think this is a code that can be cleared woth an OBDII scanner, only with SDS. Our dealer gave us a hard time because "we could sue them for removing the warning, or another buyer could if we ever sold the car"
They disabled tele-aid in the cluster to get rid of the message. This is on an E-class with the old (now useless) analog tele-aid system.
Yup, had the same message a year ago, get SDS and disable the tele-aid feature [everytime you start the car, Star will automatically scan the system for malfunctions, just cancel it so it wont be seen].
Analog FTL..
Analog FTL..
i wonder why some peoples cars are doing this but others are not? mine has never complained once and i have even played with it and hit the buttons and stuff which i would think would make it give errors.

Find out if the inde has SDS first. All the ones around me don't which is really a shame. I'm dying to get my hands on an laptop with Star so that I can make some changes to my car. There has to be someone in NYC who will let me drive my car into their shop and use their laptop for a small fee. I'd even sign a waiver stating that any damage to my vehicle is my fault and they are not liable.
