So I just received my lip from one of our forum sponsors and I honestly dont know what to think about it. I mean it looks great but I have nothing to compare it to. From all the pictures I have seen online this one is A LOT thicker than any other I have seen.

So I was just wondering if anyone has any input on the quality and installation.
I have read that many screws have to be put in order to be secure but with the thickness of the lip it would have to be from the bumper to the lip, as opposed from the bottom of the lip into the bumper. Please help!!!! Any input is useful!

Just for perspective, the lip is about 1 - 1.5 inch thick.

 

i had different opinion about it too when it arrived. i thought it would be pure CF, not an overlay on fiberglass, and definitely NOT as thick. It was a pain in the butt to get it aligned with the bumper and after fitting it multiple times, i decided to set it flush with the bumper . ill post some photos later.
