Tires visibly have slight wobble when vehicle on lift in the air (@ around 15mph)

Dealer had my car to diagnose a vibration at about 70-80mph which I thought was the glycol T/C issue. They said all 4 tires are out of round and "wobble". They put the car on the lift, put it in drive, and set the car at about 15mph and showed me that the tires "wobble". WTF, does this mean anything that a free spinning tire does this? I had one of them replaced with a brand new one 2 months ago due to a flat and this one also "wobbled". They said I need 4 new tires. Thoughts?

Car is a 2003 C320 4matic, tire is Michelin Primacy MXV4 on 16 inch OE wheels, 3 have 26k miles 1 has about 2k miles.

OE 16" wheels do not usually bend. They are as tough as hell. There should be no run-out on the wheels & no run-out on the tyres. Call in Michelin for a warranty replacement. Otherwise they will have to grind them true which is not an elegant solution. I'm presuming that the tyres are correctly mounted.

Michelin should at least credit you for remaining tread. I've recently fitted new AMG wheels & new PS2's & I checked all 4 on the balancer. Zero run-out & the car is beautifully smooth at all speeds.

Are all 4 wheels properly balanced? Did you recently rotate tires?

If car hasn't been driven in a while,... flat patch can occur at rubber tire. Usually round itself after its been driven. Where are you? If you're in a cold area it'll take a bit longer for tire to round out.

I had an issue with raodforce balancing. If not done properly, I believe <10lbs, you will see issues.

But nevertheless, wobble would indicate to me incorrect seating or a larger issue.
