THE C350
It has up to 4. The exact number is different for each my year and no consistent data on them. my 01 c320 has 4 but that is very rare i bet yours has 3 2 front one rear. if you get a flash light you can usually see them.

Mine has 4 - varies greatly. In 2003 you should have more than one.

Ouch hehe.. There should always be one on the front and one on the rear.. At least i would think.. Front pads are going to wear a lot quicker then the rears so i would assume you would need two sensors??

Just sounds good you know..

Sorry Glyn about the 4 hehe

I wonder what Mercedes was thinking how many sensors do weeee really need.

So every year they changed there minds in how many sensors it should have.

When I changed my fronts, both pads had sensors. 05 C230. I have the light on again and I think its my backs that need replacing (115000+ miles)

My 05 has nothing on the rear. What is your production date? I'm a later-build 05. More cutting, I guess.

It's unusual to have a single sensor on an 02 build. Maybe it's a 4Matic thing. I can't believe how variable it is. Is yours German or Brazil build? I have a feeling that all USA 4Matics were German.

Odd.. my car is also a 01/05 build and is German built (but I'm not sure of the exact factory?). Specifically, my car's production date is 1/25/2005. More variations! This all seems arbitrary.
