Teal>Purple!
I think NotoriousBenz has teal calipers. He used to be super active over at mymbonline, but idk anymore. He could be over at mbjunkies too. But i'd pull the trigger on the teal

Ive been wanting to do something about my calipers as well, but too lazy to do research...what'd you use to paint em?
I cut half a coiled in the beginning, I didn't like it so I went the full coil. Looks flush now. It was rubbing every once in awhile, but I fixed it by cutting a piece of the splash guards out. I can do full U-turns without any problems.

Been pouring over this thread from start to finish over the past week. I have a Brilliant Silver 2001 C240. I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and am a student so mods are gonna be on a tight budget. Your advice is greatly appreciated. My biggest concern right now is ice heard of cutting stock coils to get a lower ride but will that affect handling? If I do cut them, what would be a good balance for a sleek look but still be okay for our dreadful winters?
Thanks,
Trevor
Intended future mods:
- C32 kit
- Eisenmann exhaust (cheaper options?)
- Most cost effective performance mod? - ecu? Intake?
- S class tail lights
- HID projectors

and you were a champ doin it under 100+ degree heat!

Although I've been lurking around quite a bit, I'm still quite new to mbworld.org.
Therefore, for my first post; I thought I'd give a sneak peak of my car.
It's still a work in progress and I'll probably drop the front another inch or so sometime this week.
however; I was a tad bit annoyed after I realised they weren't
dampening adjustable. Anyways heres a before and after of my car.

I think i will go Teal
