Looks great!!! I want the scratches on my bumper to disappear. You think just doing that would run me about $500?

I think 500 should be enough. Mine was $2300+ because they put a new cover on it, fixed the dent on the trunk, put the CF wrap on etc. etc.

I didn't care about the cost since the other guy's insurance company paid for it.

That's awesome that they replaced the cf!

I'm no pro what comes to the different kinds of wraps, but it looks the same it did before the accident. The installation could have maybe been a bit nicer but it's still pretty acceptable.

Good luck finding them, I think they're discontinued, but they are Polarg brand with a stealth finish, so the bulb looks like a dark chrome instead of blue.

Stole the MB from my daughter for a little while this afternoon and since the weather was so nice, too, I decided to snap a picture while I was at it.

Damn it looks good for a seven year old, even if I say so myself! Looks good even in picture taken with a phone.

Thanks! I love the color. It's one that you don't see every day. Just like my wife's Barolo Red W204.

However, I'm definitely not a fan of any kind of black wheels, but these have now started to grow on me and I tend to like them now. The problem is, though, that the clear coat is starting to peel pretty badly on the polished part one wheel and to a lesser degree on another one.

Not hardly. I had my old Trailblazer windshield tinted to 35% and the new one will be getting the same done, too.

Nah you can barely tell a difference looking out the window but you can tell when looking at the car.. It really completes the car and all the other windows appear darker than 15% with the windshield and a rear window shade

Nah... That would mean I'd probably need to go for just one color and at least black will not work for me. I hate totally blacked out wheels.

If/when they get too bad for me to look at, I'll probably just get another set and let somebody else worry about those.

When that day comes shoot me a PM, Id love to take those wheels off your hand and do a nice all black powder coat to them for my sedan.

Yup. The wrapping was a lot easier than I thought. I was more worried about breaking something when removing the trim.
