strange noise by rear passenger tire

Hey everyone,
so sometimes i keep hearing a strange noise by the rear passenger tire and it sound like tic tic more like when a belt go bad. Something like that, so any idea whats going on?

Correction, Drove An '05 C230 Kompressor SS
check the back of the tire, Inside sidewall and see if there is any damage, I had the same sound for a week, This is what I found when I decided to further investigate.
And It still held air...........

wow. Glad you caught that before things got worse.. Are ya lowered? From the looks of the first pic you've got some uneven tire wear...

Yeah I know right!!
Nope, The Car is currently at stock height.
Lowering Springs are in the Garage along with Koni Yellows, But I'm waiting for new wheels and tires to get here before I drop the car and get an Alignment within the next month or two.

Likely a delamination of the tyre if there are no nails or screws in it. Look for lumps.
