XM/Sirius Satellite radio on Stock MB
You cannot get the satellite radio info to display on the radio, MFD, or COMAND screens. MB has a relationship with Sirius, but Sirius is in serious financial trouble.

That sucks, I have a Sirius tuner in my wifes Saturn. I love it and was happy to pay $120 for the first year. Hopefully I will be able to get it a second year as well. As far as I know they just got a cash infusion from somewhere. If only the manufacturers woudl start putting it in more vehicles I think there stock will pisk up. XM just had the advantage of being there first. But Sirius has more commercial free music channels than XM so I thoght it would pick up. So much for that idea.

What's going to contribute to their continued downfall is digital AM/FM and those units are just starting to ship. For people like me that are not unhappy with AM/FM but would like CD quality that's coming for free and we'll probably start seeing it in car radios as common place in 2-3 years. For those that drive through rural areas with marginal programming, satelite radio is great. The problem for me is I have multiple cars and it's too expensive considering all the free choices I have. It's easy to justify $13/mo for one car, now multiply that by 3-4 cars, that's not cheap.
