Try some OE parts distributors. I looked on ebay and found a few vendors w/ standard hoods. You can probably contact them directly to see about special ordering that hood.
I work for the largest OE parts distributor in the west and checked the system today for the coupe hood. Unfortunately, we can't order it but it's list price showed up at $600. Anything cheaper than 400 seems fair for that hood.

been on ebay, craiglist, backpages, earched almost every salvage yard locally and nationally for about the past 3 weeks. the closest i been to is someone who posted spare parts back in 01/2010. im still surch'n for the hood in the hood.

Never knew that the coupe hood is different then the sedan 
Come on its not that hard to get a hood.
1. locate a mbwolrd member with coupe in local area.
2. Offer to buy drinks for said member.
3. Load car with tools needed to remove hood.
4. get member wasted.
5. While member is passed out in the ally switch hoods.
6. Explain to him he wrecked and run
7. drive car home with new hood
8. get hood repainted.
Success
If your in CA Karo and Patrick can give you some pointers.

yeah i saw his far and away location... but we can all agree that im a lil desperate and would actually order it from another planet if it was there waiting.
