andrew you inspire me. i might actually try to do the set up i suggested last summer now. lol totally got fried for that. anyway i was under the impression that CAIs are only effective at higher rpms and pretty much do nothing for the low end. and as for shifting, doesn't that have something to do with the crazy mb computer learning DISability? lol

I still wouldn't call this or consider it any where near a CAI... On the bright side. At least it's better than the W204 version. Lol

lol not considering the OP's "cai" lol i was actually going to get cai aluminum tubing and route it from the maf around the engine to a filter under the passenger side headlight. there's like a cubic foot of space down there. i can easily make a custom airbox out of some kind of plastic to shield the filter from water and rocks.
