This is what I pressed and trust me this has nothing to do with Activating the Airbag like everyone is saying. It's just a reset of components to freshen things up.

I wish it was. Karo sent me an email asking if i had the phone number of the Mercedes specialist i had told him about that told me about some cool settings to try out. Then he told me not to tell Patrick this was before he started this tread. He was trying out one of the settings i had told him about and didn't want to try it on his car.

No man I knew what I was doing. It was all that dirty steering wheel. You know how much dust came off. I think that dust probably caused all this because when computers have dust they draw static electricity and same with this steering wheel.
Don't worry even though this was mostly your fault I'll still fix it for you for free. Next time just keep your steering wheel dust free.

I put original ECU and took off battery and connected it and it turns on. I do have the same SRS light but i'll fix that.

Karo, for the love of God, just stop. Don't let Patrick drive home in a car that has unfunctional/nerfed airbags. Are you really going to risk your friend's life over a mistake by your own cocky self?

Dude, you guys are singling me out like this is all my fault. I told you I did nothing to the airbags. I did a reset and most likely it was all that dust which created static electricity and it all backfired. Why do you guys keep blaming me? It's not all my fault. If that dust wasn't there this would have never happened.
Can comeone give me direct answers on how to fix all these?

+1 I just looked up the price to fix the seatbelts right wow i would say might as well buy him a new car. Sorry Patrick but you should have not trusted Karo he is obviously not as smart as we all thought. Sorry you had to find out the hard way. GL

Then he selfishly lets you drive home in danger. What a sour jerk.
And you, Nobli, you can talk all you want about paying your car off. Teens don't deserve a Benz. I bet your daddy bought it for you and you're just all tough guy behind a computer screen.
