Nothing special required. If you are not going to suck the oil out of the engine then you need a new crush washer for the drain plug & a new drain plug or you need to apply a sealant to the old plug. You also need the large cup socket to remove the oil filter.

If you have a M111 engine there was never a fleece filter available. If you have an M271 engine then there is no longer a fleece filter available in the US. Don't know about Canada. Used to be mandatory for 13,000 mile, 20,000Km oil drains & IMHO still should be.
