I usually wash my cars engine bays every year in the summer before getting the next round of rust-preventing-goo put on....but Ive been way wayyyyyy too busy with work n stuff this year so havent had a chance to.
Thease headlights and bulbs have been sitting in my house for more than 8 months now waiting to be installed...lol. So guess im making some progress.
I used the 12 LED SMD cool white bulb...wedge type. I installed the load balancing resistors, so i can pretty much install any LED and dont have to buy the super expensive ones with the resistor built in.

but I agree its filthy in there...:P I was hoping that the concluion to the thread you started about engine bay cleaning would be to be able to spray down the engine bay with water after applying some degreaser, but doing it by hand is going to take forever!! Although that was before I embeded the pics..do you still see them now?

Nope. Still no dice. Been hitting the refresh button many many times.
Confirmed. It works and I see that dirty Enginee bay once again.

Oh.. just wondering, did you check out that raditor to see if it's made by valeor or barbus? I think there was huge thread about glyco can end up in the tranny.
Way to find out is to see if the raditor has crimps or is wavy. If its wavy, then you are in the clear. But I guess you probably know about it.

note: seems there is one with still the X. It's the one between the bumper fog light picture and the white mercedes e class

Ive sprayed with harsh chemicals (degreasers ect) Range Rovers, C55s and quite a few jags ect....never ever had an issue, there all distributor-less now and that used to be the only thing you had to worry about when cleaning an engine bay.
I know actually over 6 dealers off the top of my head that when they do an engine bay its chemicals and pressure washing, and its never caused an issue ever.
You wanna try and let me know on the results? hahah
