My last service B I did myself. . . its basically just an oil change and routine maintenance. So just change your oil and your golden. To clear the message though just go to the screen that says that you require a service B and hold down the knob on the cluster for like 5 seconds or something and it should reset. But yeah change your oil first and your oil filter.

Push D till you have selected the oil spec you used - choices are 'standard', 'Qual 229.3' or 'Qual 229.5'
which one would i choose? i just know i put in the mobil 1 synthetic just don't remember the weight =/
and yeah i'm just going to do the oil and filter change.

most likely its standard... but you can bypass that by just going to the service menu and hold down the illumination button down untill the indicator resets itself, I never went to the oil selection menu to do my reset, I just scrolled the the service screen press downed on the illumination buttion for 10 secs and it reset.

229.5 - you are running 13,000 mile long drain in the US - Mobil 1 0W-40 Eurograde is 229,5 approved.
