Red 4matic 2005-2007 (or maybe just a luxury front bumper) with what appeared to be quad exhaust and a black diffuser on the back.

I'm not exactly feeling that body kit. Rather the OEM sport AMG look, but with front lip and rear diffuser, but to each his own.
