no pics really as rolling the fender doesnt really flex the metal all that much. what wheels are you looking to get?

i've got a set of Bbs Le mans here, but fitment is not that super...

they are a little bit to wide, and therefore, i'd like to roll the fenders so the wheels don't stick out to much ...

i don't have any pics yet...

spacers are due to arrive this friday or saterday.

i've ordered them, fronts need to be 24 mm 's , i know, they are big...

big problem is that the front wheels have been narrowed a bit to much, and the spoke's hit the front caliper.

i tried them on my daily, w203 c220cdi, but it has smaller brake calipers never thought of that ...

what exactly is "hammer trimmed" ? did you need to repaint your fenders after that ?

ps: sorry for my crappy english

sorry i meant hammered and trimmed:

when you take your car to one of the reputable shops here in LA/OC and tell them to roll your fenders, i guess some use that fender rolling machine, but a lot of them just bang the inside of the fender with hammer. Trust me when i had it done i almost cried. But They do it nicely with no need to paint. I wouldn't trust just anyone to do it though.

There are a few parts on the inside of the fender that need to be trimmed, on our cars its mainly that part where the fender and bumper connect. If you have an aggressive offset, you need to trim that down as much as possible.

my front wheel is 19x8 on 225/35 tires with a +32 offset, im running 15mm spacers, so im down to a +17 offset. my front passenger tire rubs a little on the plastic piece i think, i need to shave a little more off

my rear wheel is 19x9.5 on a 255/30 with a +34 offset. I just tried adding 10mm spacers this past weekend, but i rubbed too much. Im gonna put them on in the next couple weeks and have more fender work done...

if you get us the specs im sure we will be able to help you out more with this...

hmm I'm running 19x8 with 235/35 and 19x9.5 with 255/30 and I'm not rubbing...although I'm not lowered. How much are you lowered?

My offsets are both 32 I believe. I do have 5mm spacers up front just to ensure I clear the calipers.

you can roll your fenders yourself. Just use a heat gun and heat up the fender. I bought a forming hammer and also have a hammer that has a hardened silicone head instead of the metal one used to form it. Just make sure to keep the fender nice and hot so that its easy to roll and the paint wont chip. If you dont want to do that just take it to a collison/body shop and they can roll your fenders. Now asking to get them pullled is different thing than rolling the fenders. If you want to get them pulled I would recommend letting a shop do it that has a fender roll because its pretty difficult doing that by hand. It's fairly easy to get them pulled, its just like having the fenders rolled but they take the extra step of forcing the fender to flare out more. I'm assuming thats what you want pics of, the flared fenders.

Heres one i found of a 3" flare but it still looks stock
