yes exactly what I was thinking! but all over sexy! and c-class has way to large of a front end...not sporty looking at all with such a boxy large hood area...like the curves and front bumper though. (style not size)

Remember that Kia's new designer is ex Audi. You can already see the influence in new Kia Hyundai designs - moreso Kia

 

This is where the design language was going for the new C. I wish they would stay with the more sleek design. Benz cars are becoming too slab sided & SUV like.

Well, you can thank the Euro laws for all of the blunt front ends on all cars now. I guess we're stuck with them now.

 

Some very interested designs for future models. I like how the GL looks and GLK doesn't look bad either.

that actually wasn't a joke. MB really did hire away a hyundai designer. His name was joel Piaskowski, he designed the current hyundai genesis sedan and coupe. I was wondering if the new c class is his influence since cars are planned 5yrs a head.

yeah i'm aware of that, his name is Peter Schreyer. He designed the previous gen audi a4, and audi tt, new kia optima, sportage, soul.

He's doing great work over there. I even saw the new kia sportage and i could've swore it was a audi with the led drl's.

Honda should hire him...i mean move earth and water to try to get him.

 

Honda should hire a designer with at least a little bit of talent, that's for sure. Their new cars are hideous.

 

Yes - Even the new little Kia Cerato is a pretty little car. Far better looking than a Corolla.

 

yeah...been a honda fan for a long time, but its hard with things like the zdx and accord crosstour. Even the new crz is slower then the original crx..

I'm going to wait too see what the new 3 series looks like. From the renderings it looks like its going to be smaller f30.

 

I wasn't kidding either. The new C class really looks like a Hyundai Sonata to me.

(I can't tell if that's a good thing or not yet.)
