Whats up MB world.

I start this thread with intentions of updating it every so often. See when I bought my mercedes never once did I imagine I would be doing any kind of modding or work on my car period. After joining this forum I look back and realize how wrong I was. Not only have I modded my car, I have gained much more knowdledge here than I ever thought I would.

Well start her stock

When the modding bug first bit me

Only "performance" mod I have to date.. resonator & 2nd cat delete

Then it bit me HARD .. carbon fiber rampage

Installed the front lip and rear spoiler..

Painted the grille, wheels, installed HID fog lights along with replacing all bulbs with LED's

And here she is up to date. Finally got a new camera, got tired of the cell pics. I have other plans in mind such as a rear CF diffuser and I still have a roof spoiler I havent installed, maybe when I have some time in the holidays I'll put that up..

All criticism is welcome wether constructive or not..

As much as I love the whole black and silver contrasted look, I would have never imagined anyone *painting* carlsson 1/16s black...

Take some pix in brighter conditions

Got a sound clip of your exhaust by chance?

ps - its about time ya created your own thread :P

Front needs to be lower! Otherwise it looks very good!

The euro impacts are really starting to grow on me, anyone feel like working on a photoshop?

We should have a silver benz thread

As far as tints... the decision has been long on my mind, I want them. Is it true my rear defroster will no longer function properly should I have the rear tint removed

Epiphany, spell check? what about tinting both sides of the car and leaving front and rear alone.. I do have the rear shade ....

Depends on who you get to remove it and if they're not a hack. I don't even use my defroster in this car. However, I'm pretty sure I remember the defroster in my old Camaro working just fine after I removed the tint myself (which I'll never do again) and had it redone. I would recommend getting the tint the same on all windows, it looks much better that way.

I think so too and for $50 from suvneer I think I am gonna order soon !
Ya the issue is whe the tint is removed. Supposedly the defroster lines on the rear window will peel off .. its starting to get cold down here too though its probably only half as cold as jersey, hurry up and get down here man we need to have a meet

claying and waxing tonight
