Fog HID installed encoutner flickering

The bulbs are fine checked that already. but see the left one turns on and off around every 3sec and the right one is constant on but flickers rapid like a candle light. so i have a 35w HID kit 6000k should i just go ahead and get the error cancellors those things that plug and play between the balast and bulb? that should fix it right? because bulbs are fine, balast if fine, getting nice constant power, checked the circuit with old OEM bulbs works fine. so nothing left except to get the error cancelors or capacitors but i like the plug and play of the error code elimantor thing.

I remember my H7's would flicker like two colors a blue ish white ish color but would be fine after like 20 mins of driving sometimes.
Now they fire up perfectly with no flickering.. I remember i use to get flashed every night driving after 4 nights nothing =D
When i get some more cash i will order a bundle and sell them on here to peeps that need them. I will sell them cheaper then DDM =D If you need a set or two send me a pm =D Ill order some soon

I am going to take my C280 in to get its HID's done again, the first time I was gettng this same problem with the highs and lows.
How many sets of the cancellators do you need? The site above sells them in pairs so I was just wondering if I will need one or two sets.
