Small Spot/tear in my front seat
I have a small tear on my front seat that was bugging the heck out of me. A friend of mine said he could fix it with a home repair kit. I let him and he ended up making it worse
It looks like he burned the leather/Pleather....How much do you think this would cost to repair? Or is there some kind of leather color I can put on it to lighten it?

Yikes.. I have a couple of places like that on my seats but they're not noticeable enough to risk such a repair. I am not sure what to tell you. You can try leather cleaner/conditioner but I'm not sure it will work.

Benz can supply a new seat cover for bottom or backrest. You can have it fitted - not difficult.
You can get the colour correct with Gliptone Leathercare product from the UK. You will never fix that small tear.

Any idea on what it would cost for a new cover for the bottom? Would I need to go to the dealership to get it? Mine has become stretched and there's a few creases, nothing terrible, but enough to annoy me.

The dealer would have to order for you against your VIN to ensure correct colour match. In SA the cost is approx $400 for full leather. In the US I'm sure it will be cheaper. Our Merc spares costs are way above yours.
Dealers often do the drivers seat on top used models in SA before putting the car on the lot. Saw a C55 the other day where they had done both front bottoms to get the car close to perfect.
