18" Wheel Fitment Question (Sorry)

First off, I apologize if this has been answered. I did a quick search but I don't have a lot of time to spend browsing through the All You Need To Know thread about aftermarket wheels, so here is my question.

Will these wheels fit a 2004 C230 Kompressor sedan ("Classic" model, Canadian vehicle, so no sport suspension I believe)?

http://cgi.ebay.ca/18-MERCEDES-BENZ-...ht_6105wt_1068

For those who don't want to check the link, the specs are:
Front: 18x8.5
Rear: 18x9.5
Bolt Pattern: 5x112
Offset: 38mm
Hub bore: 66.6

They state it will fit, but I want to be certain.

Also, should I be looking for tires in the sizes of 225/35/R18 and 255/30/R18 or what? I plan on lowering the car 1.5" or so, but that probably won't be done right away.

I appreciate any info anybody can supply. Thanks.

"annoyance" and "self-righteousness", amoung others...
offset is pushing it. worst case youd need a 5mm spacer
tires...
235 up front
255 or 265 back.
ive not answered it in full, but someone will fill in the blanks for me

The clue is the following claim:

C-CLASS (1994-2009)

Hint: W204 and W203s have different offset needs.

P.S.
STFF longer. Quick ones hardly satisfy the ones looking for a shortcut.

38mm is just there. They should fit fine. Worse case scenario you might need spacers but I think you'll be fine.

Thanks for the replies fellas.

Last thing that wasn't fully answered, correct tire sizes? cpbeasley, you said the widths, but what about the profiles?

You'd want to go for 225/40/18 and 255/35/18, it'll give you more ride comfort.

Another question fellas.

The wheels I'm looking at have 74.1 hub bore (if I remember correctly). Will I need hub centric rings to adapt it to 66.56? If so, where can I get some? eBay is not agreeing with me right now.

Damnit, these are the style wheels I want to throw on my car. I guess it's good this thread has come up though, answer all my questions.

I'm not patient, seeing these in all black isn't helping having to wait haha.
