You could just pop the bolt and quickly insert the washer and bolt back in, but it'll get messy and you'll still have to top the oil off. Cheaper than dumping out all of the oil though. I'd try fookoo's suggestion first thought since it was their mistake.

Can someone please confirm with me that all W203 should have one bolt and one washer?
I have never seen a washer on the oil pan since the first day i have it!!
Thank you in advance.

You will need to remove the drain bolt, put in a new crush washer and you will need to put the drain bolt back on. When you remove the drain bolt, all of the oil will come out - you will have to decide if you want to collect the oil in to a container and pour it back in to the engine OR pour new oil.
When the Goodyear folks changed the oil, what kind of oil filter did they use? paper media type or fleece material filter?

Do u think it's a good idea to use the same oil again? I'm going back to them tomorrow as fookoo said, since it's their fault. The only thing i'm worried about that they will use the same oil and that's why i came up with the question if it will be ok to use the same oil
If you are convinced that they indeed used the 0W-40 oil when they changed the oil and it's relatively new and clean looking, then no problem in reusing that oil.

I'm sorry everyone, it took me a while to get back to you all. So i went back to them and they took care of it. It was the copper crush washer as most of you mentioned before, thanks all for your help

glad to hear that they corrected their mistake. I am sure you will remember this experience every time oil is changed in the future and ensure the copper washer is installed. If there is a HarborFreight store near where you live, they sell a set of 100 or so (assorted) copper washers for $4 or $5.
