![Question](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Hi, I'll be driving down to Portland in a week. Can anybody recommend some shops(not too far away from downtown) that charge reasonable price and would take care of painted wheel when mounting? Names and address of the shops would be great.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Are you needing wheel repair work done? Or tire work done?

Option #1 Buy tires from Tire Rack and have them drop shipped to Skip's Wheel werks and he will mount and balance them for you. He repaires wheels and does not like to repair wheels he doesn't have to. He won't mess them up, because then he will have to fix it for free. And he does an awsome job. He fixes all the Porsche club wheels. If you have a week that should be enough time to get them there. His number is (503)641-8001 And I told him you might call. .skipswheelwerks.com
Option #2 America's Tire They will match prices on tires that Tire Rack carries with the extra cost of install and balance. Tell them to be carefull.
(503)620-8880 10655 Southwest Greenburg Road, Portland, OR 97223

Just got 'em!
Hey guys, just got my Good Year Eagle F1 GS-D3's on today!
Can't stop cheesin! Well I'm really happy with everything...my friend actually printed out all the costs of everything (products, services, etc) and it came up to a total of $1025.35. But of course he kept his word and my total was just $700. This was through Big O Tires. Also got their "Deluxe Mount and Balance" package which includes mount, balance, new valve stem, free roration and re balance every 5,000 miles, free flat repairs for the life of original tread (don't really get what this one means).
I also got an alignment report. Everything seems fine (and I barely know what the heck all these angles are...like...what is camber, caster, toe, SAI, turning angle diff., cross camber, the list goes on)
But I did notice he highlighted something major. He highlighted my angle of "Toe" for my Front-Left and Front-Right...I looked at the "before" measurement comapred to the "Specified Range" and they were way off...and of course he corrected it. But I am curious as to what is "Toe"

I should drop by again and ask them if they offer the same exact benefits/plan for staggered set-ups...damn, if they say "yes" I'm sure lots of us will be running to Big O Tires. haha.

Want to upgrade tyres
Hi, I recently purchased a C200 Kompressor. I think the tyres are a bit on the narrow side being 195/65/R15. Would you know the max tyre width that I could upgrade them to?
Thanks.
Thanks.
