Looking to buy
A local dealer has a 2002 C320 wagon with 81k miles and most, if not all, the options. Autocheck says one owner, it was a lease and it appears the lessee bought it at the end of the term.
I'm kind of in the market for a car and what I mean is, I was going to wait a few more months. But as we all know, when a car you like appears, you may not get a chance at another.
Comments, problem areas on this car are appreciated. I am fairly handy around cars, do my own work within my abilities and I am a fanatic about maintenance.
Another dealer has a 99 E320 4 matic wagon with the same miles and all the options. I will be posting that question in the E class thread, but I'll take opinions on that car versus this car here.

Edmunds says 9875 in clean condition. KBB says 13950 in Excellent condition (very few cars are excellent) and NADA says 11950 clean. Why the huge descrepency, who knows, but that's what's listed. I feel 8950 is a fair price to pay, maybe even less.

My advice, like some of the others, would be to not get it at that price. At least try to talk them down because the mileage is up there and it is an older model. Ultimately, it's up to you, but if you wait, a better deal will come along.
