7 speed tranmission Jerk
My C230 has 40K miles on it. Im bringing it in for its transmssion fluid to be changed on monday. Lately the car has been quick jerky when accelerating...its not smooth at all. Any ideas? I was doing research online and people are starting valve body problems.... or software upgrades? Any suggestions?

I would start with the transmission fluid & filter change & making sure it has the latest software flash. Get them to fit the revised pan and overflow tube while they are about it as fluid level changes slightly.
If this does not fix it then it could be the speed sensor/electrohydraulic valve body problem that some have experienced. It's hit & miss on that and the only cure is a complete new valve body assembly. Good luck!

After flashing mine many times it didn't help. I went through a lot of headache to get them to finally change the valve body. The valve body did the trick.
They say it's fine and that's how the transmission is...bs
They say it's because of adaptations and it's normal....bs
Don't fall for their excuses or I should says BS.

You should ask the technician to sit in the passenger seat while you drive the car - while driving, point the symptoms to the technician.

Also, why did you have to pay $125 when your car is under warranty?
You have a 2007, so you should have the updated valve body, but likely have outdated software. Just tell them flat out, you want the latest software for the ECM and TCM.
