New here!!!!!
Hello guys!, my name is JP and this is my first MB! I bought this car about 2 weeks ago from a dealer and its in very good shape. The car I bought is an 05 c230k and the car only had 38k on the clock when I purchased it. I love the car so far. I have my own HID and LED wholesale business. I'm 28 I'm married and have a 5 year old son and I'm a full time college student studying nuclear medicine( I only have 4 months left until I graduate ). I have a pretty good knowledge about cars and am planning to be a good contributor to this site. Thanks for listening!

Thanks for all the kind words! Yeah about the LED's, this is my first Benz so I was unaware about the little LED situation until I got home and tried to hook all of that up. I am getting special LED's specifically for our cars from my supplier this week. Hopefully sooner rather then later. I will post pics as soon as they arrive. As soon as I got it home it was getting the lows and fogs in HID and the little 194 bulb in the high beam(the running light I guess) in a bright white SMD. Let me know if anyone wants to see the little running light.

Welcome JP, There has been a lot of comment on the lack of servicing of newly bought used vehicles. It would be advisable to make sure your servicing is up to date. eg 38,000 miles is time for a transmission service.

Thanks for the looking out. I did check with the dealership I bought it from and they showed me a list of services they performed on the car before I bought it and they did perform the tranny maintenance. Plus, I called my MB dealer to see about the campaign about the m271 engine and they will complete that for me and check everything else. I explained my situation to them about how this is my first MB and I want to make sure it is mechanically top notch. My appointment is this Saturday. Thanks guys.

make sure to check the list they give you about the campaigns. when in doubt, ask the board. members here know more than service advisors. hit up Glyn and the rest of the gang here. Reading their input helped me a lot in regards to all the maintenance and DIY on my 203. good luck! you got a good ride! enjoy and be careful of the MOD BUG..once it bites you..it wont stop..LOL

I want to get some nice staggered luxury sport wheels. A nice grille with the emblem in it, with the flat hood emblem. I want to also put a nice lip kit. Full LED interior. Intake, exhaust you know, nothing too crazy.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate the luv lol. Nuclear medicine is similar to MRI or CT. except we inject the patients with a radioactive isotope making the patient into a radioactive sparkler. Then we image whatever organ is of interest. It's very interesting. My mother died last year of breast cancer so I'm very motivated to do this since it helps others receive an early diagnosis, and the fact that in my area this field has an average earning of 70-80k helps lol.
