I have an alignment question.
What's up guys!! I have a quick question about aligning my car. And yeah I did search but what I found were specs on the alignment. I have a different issue. I took my car to a long time friend's shop to do an alignment. He has a nice alignment machine and he even had the specs on the car. Well he aligned it but my car still pulls to the right. So I brought the car back to him and he re aligned it. Got it out, now it pulls a little more to the right then before. He even showed me the specs on the screen and where the car specs were at and it looked like everything was on point but the car is still pulling hard to the right. Am I missing something? I have no idea why it's pulling. Is there something I have to buy? Do I have to take if to the stealership? Any help is greatly appreciated. I really need it. Thanks.

1st thing I would try is swap the front tires side to side, to check for tire pull. If it pulls to the left or the pull to the right is not the same, you have a bad tire.
If it still pull the same to the right, you may need to get camber/caster bolts and increase the caster on the passenger side. MB recommends adjusting caster to 1 degree more positive on the passenger side for US cars to eliminate pull from the road crown.

Thanks for the response. I really appreciate it. My guy told me about the caster. What he told me was that the only thing he could adjust was the toe. Is that correct? Also I didn't find anything when I originally searched the forum but I switched up what I typed and I find that this problem is way more common then I thought. Anyways. How do I get this caster bolt???

Alignment as a rule, must be done rear first. I suggest you contact the alignment specialist at your local AMG specialist to have the caster bolts or whatever installed.
My sincere thanks to the AMG Factory folks on the Private Lounge for interfacing with my servicing MB dealer to have it done correctly.

i agree with john that it could be a bad tire
OR
when you test it out, to really know if its straight, you have to go in the dead center of a two lane road and check, because of what john said about the road crown, two lane roads are sloped in both directions around 2 degrees so that water will drain off the road, so if youre driving in the right lane the car will naturally pull a little to the right if it is straight, HOWEVER, it shouldn't pull really really bad to the right. but also, if youre on a highway in the left lane, it will pull a bit to the left. so i would say get on an interstate and try in the left lane, and if it still pulls right, then you definitely have a problem cause it should be pulling left in the left lane.
sorry to write a novel, hope this helps you out. i would check this before you go installing a camber/caster kit, it will save you lots of money if you dont need it

Whatever. Fit the fluted bolts & adjust the castor 1 degree more positive passenger side than drivers side. Typically 9.6 & 10.6 degrees. This should be done on all cars.

Ok I will try that tomorrow. I drive 4 hours of interstate a day so I will be trying this in a few hours actually. But I'm pretty sure I drive in the left lane and have tried it. But I will be sure to pay attention to it tomorrow. Where can I get the caster bolts if I have to go that route. I did a quick search but didn't find any. Thanks for everyones input fellas

I got the FEBI one you can also get the real Mercedes branded ones as well.
If i am not mistaken I think you need 4 of them.

Ok. I don't know what to do. I went back to the alignment place and still nothing will work. I don't know if purchasing anything will help. I'm so mad about this. We even dismounted the 2 front tires and flipped them over and switched them to the opposite wheels and still nothing. Thanks for ally he input anyways I appreciate the help.

If you set the castor as suggested it also stops the tyres from wearing into the camber of the road.
