Ticking sound from my right wheel.
Guys I need some brain storming here..
My right side (driver side) tire makes a ticking noise.. It speeds up when I speed up and slows down when I do. The sound doesn't get louder though, just faster or slower.
My indie already tore it apart twice looking for the cause. Even tried changing the bushing arms, the nearby steering rack cover, shocks, etc.. And its still there..
what else could be the issue?
Thanks..

Could also be a delamination from the steel belt on a patch of that tyre. Fit your spare & see if the noise goes away.

did you put new rims on recently? from your description, it sounds like the exact same problem i had when i put my new wheels on. as soon as i started driving i heard the noise. my lug bolts were too long and were hitting the parking brake.
if its not the lug bolts, it could be the inside of the wheel hitting the strut, that is if you put new wheels on.
if you havent put new wheels on, then id say what pcy said.
