I found out the problem guys. It wasn't the vents. For mothers day I was going to take my mom and aunts out. So I decided to clean up the car. In the back seat I noticed (don't laugh) some white stains all over the ground. I took a smell and it was the same smell that I kept smelling. I later found out, my friends kid was once in the backseat and he spilled his milk and I forgot about it (yes that's how late I clean the interior). All I can say is DAMN, I didn't know milk smelled this bad. So now time to pull out the carpet cleaner.

Karo - you need to kill that crap or it can cost you a new evapourator. New evapourators are microencapsulated with an anti bacterial.

How can I clean this out? How much will it cost at the dealership to do the evaporator spray thing?
thanks,
