I need some input on going carbon fiber

I need to get opinions on what route to go. My car is a midnight blue color. I have carbon fiber door pillars for now and I just ordered the carbon fiber trunk spoiler from Gary. I am also planning on blacking out the taillights and possibly the mirror lenses and getting the carbon fiber front lip down the line. My question is what would you guys do with the moulding on the side of the car? What I mean by that is would you guys leave the mirror lenses and the side of the car alone? Or go ahead and tint the lenses on the mirror? I just want everything to come together well. I do have gunmetal in between the spokes on my wheels. I don't know I guess it will be fine because the lip of the rims are polished so I guess doing what I want will look fine. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Personally I would leave the lenses on the mirrors alone to add some contrast. But I would paint the calipers a different color to make them stand out more and give the wheels more attention. Cars looking good though!

Thanks. Yeah I agree. I'm leaning more on leaving the side of the ar the way it is. I do want to do the rear lights though. What color would you suggest on this color for the calipers??? I'm not too sure about painting them blue.

I mean its all up to you and what you want. If you want them to stand out then paint them red or yellow or if you want them to not stick out as much paint them black or gold. You can even get the Brembo stickers off ebay and put them on as well to add a different color contrast in the text. Options are endless but its all in what YOU want and that YOU like it in the long run. I wouldnt go blue for the calipers personally.

Im going purple like Phister
but blue shouldn't look bad
But like BigBodyBenz stated its up to you how much you want them to pop out at people
I tinted my mirror lenses and i like it personally
Where did you pick up the CF door pillars?

Yeah I definitely don't wanna go blue. I actually did a bronzy gold color on my mazdaspeed 3 and it looked sexy. That car was black though. I think it would look on dark blue too. I think I will go for that gold bronzish look. Thanks for the input.

Actually for the pillars it was hard to find. I don't remember the company but I have the guys email. He had to search hard for them but he found them. I paid like $90 for all 6 pieces. I felt it was well worth it. I think I'm going to go stick with the gold for the calipers.

It's actually some high heat engine paint. They didn't have any caliper paint in that color so at least this did the job good enough.

Now all you need is that cf front lip and a drop and your car will look great! All in due time I am sure though.

Thanks a lot guys. And yes I am definitely wanting to get the cf front lip to compliment the cf trunk spoiler and cf pillars. Thanks for suggesting this color and idea to paint the calipers. It's little things like painting the calipers that are cheap to do but yet adds more life and contrast to the car! Everyone in this forum is awesome. I've been in other forums before and I truly feel that this forum blows all the other ones out of the water. Everyone here makes me feel welcome and to me that says a lot.

Yeah that was a good idea guys. Thanks for all the input and compliments! I definitely want to get that cf front lip. I have a question about the lip. Does the lip ever go on a killer deal like the cf trunk spoiler? I talked to Gary when I was ordering my spoiler and he said the lip was $250. Has anyone purchased the lip for a cheaper price? But anyways I'm glad I went with the gold. I had to clean her up after I got done painting the calipers. My birthday was 55 minutes ago so I need to be riding clean! A whole 29 years old.

Think I bought my lip for that much from Gary, think he knocked off 10 of the total because i ordered the euro impact strips too. I basically bought everything he has, cf front lip, trunk spoiler, roof spoiler, and euro impact strips.
